Applied AI Researcher

I’m an researcher and systems builder with over a decade of experience turning ambitious ideas into working prototypes—and working prototypes into impactful solutions.
Currently based in Stuttgart, I focus on:
Multi-agent systems for collaborative AI
Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
Semantic knowledge integration with LLMs
Bridging research, industry, and public sector needs
How can we design AI systems—especially multi-agent frameworks—that collaborate like humans, adapt to real-world organizational needs, and make transparent, goal-driven decisions we can trust?
I'm exploring how multi-agent systems can enhance organizational decision-making by simulating stakeholder roles, coordinating interaction strategies, aligning on shared goals, and engaging in structured, context-aware dialogue.
Things I’m actively working on:
Designing and implementing strategies to create data-driven personas and digital twins.
Designing interaction models for agent collaboration
Crafting how agents communicate, negotiate, and cooperate—mimicking real stakeholder dynamics.
Architecting decision support frameworks using LLMs
Building scalable systems that blend human input, agent reasoning, and domain-specific knowledge.
Creating demonstrators that show AI agents in action
Developing interactive prototypes—from product ideation tools to strategy validation assistants.
This research connects deep tech with real organizational needs, helping teams think better, decide faster, and collaborate more effectively—with AI in the loop.
